More fun in Kiev!

This is Helen with me.  She works on all the visas for the missionaries that come to Kiev.  We are so happy that everything worked out well for our visas!

Viktor drives us all over Kiev.  He has a great sense of humor.  He tells us that he learned English from playing video games!
We had another trip to Kiev this week.  We had the annual conference for humanitarian couples serving in the Europe East Area.  It was great to get to meet the other couples in person and to share experiences from our missions.  Our welfare director Dima Mulkin took very good care of us!

This is the hotel where we stayed.  It is at the edge of the plaza of Saint Michael's Cathedral in the center of Kiev.

We had beautiful weather all week.  There's nothing quite like the blue skies of the Ukraine.

Just to give you an idea of the lovely room we stayed in.  We were very comfortable.

A few shots of our conference.  The amazing thing about missionaries is that we are instantly best friends!

This is President Malm from our Area Presidency.  We sat with him at dinner and enjoyed his cheerful disposition.

A lovely view of the river in Kiev.  This is near the spot where the Ukraine was dedicated for the preaching of the gospel.

We came across a bridal party using this for their limo.
Saint Andrew's Cathedral.
